Return Policy
1. Defects and Damage Claims
If an item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For lost-in-transit packages, claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed our error are covered at our expense.

2. Returns and Notifications
By default, returns go to the Printful facility, and you'll receive an automated email once returned items are received. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If the return address is not set to Printful, you are responsible for any returned shipments.

3. Incorrect Address
If the address provided is insufficient, the shipment is returned to our facility. You are liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

4. Unclaimed Shipments
Unclaimed shipments are returned to us. Reshipment costs will be your responsibility.

5. Customer Returns
Please contact us before returning items. Orders cannot be refunded due to buyer's remorse, except as required by law for customers in Brazil. Size exchanges are at your discretion and expense.

6. EU Consumer Notice
Items personalized or unsealed after delivery are not eligible for return under EU law.
